1. Managing Indian Markets (MIM):
In this course we learn all the Marketing terminology like 7P's, Advertising, B2B, B2C, Brand, Direct Marketing, Distribution, Marketing analytic, Marketing Channels, Marketing Concept, Marketing Mix, Market Segmentation, Niche, Target market, Target Audience, Porter five forces etc and do some Marketing project and preparing some presentation on major industries like Cement, Paint, FMCG, Telecoms, Banking, Aviation, Fertilizers etc.
We have some field exposure in this subject like, we all are sale Gram Tarang FMCG product worth of Rs. 5000/- and one Aviva life insurance policy.
2. Information Perspective of Management (IPM):
It is one of the interesting subject in this term. we all are enjoy this subject and learn some thing.
Basic Concepts of IT, Information Technology, Networks and Telecommunication Systems , Strategic Information Systems and MIS there are the some major part of IPM.
3. HR Perspective of Management (HRPM):
Our director and Mr. Suvendu both are taken this course. The major topic of the course is Evolution of HRM, Concept and Contours of HRM, HR Planning, Employee Sourcing, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, Employee Compensation, Employee Retention, HR Information and Audit System, Legal Framework of HRM, Understanding Industrial Relations, Legal Framework of HRM, Concept and models of OB etc.
